it's just something I put together. All it's doing is pulling the data from noaa (http://www-frd.fsl.noaa.gov/mab/soundings/reply-skewt.cgi?data_source=Op40&lon=-121.889&lat=49.248&airport=%28none%29) and reformatting it. It uses google maps to allow you to pick any lat/long within north...

yeah, no standalone app. Maybe next time the rainy season rolls around I'll have some spare time to make one :D

It's should be easy to host anywhere, it just needs some php to do the scraping, and the rest of the work is done in javascript on your browser.
