Seriously?... there is no viable way in with the road at the entry to the hump removed. We tank trapped the slope up to launch, it worked. We post it, we close it.

Looks like the best option is to just close the road, decommission it (Tank Trap the road) and block all vehicle access. Everybody walks in. This way we don't have to get any permission from anybody.
