Reserve Clinic Pre-Registration

This form is for pilot pre-registration at the 2010 WCSC Reserve Clinic.

Both Paraglider and Hang Glider pilots are welcome. Reserve repacking priority will be given to out-of-town pilots that need to leave travel.

The location for the clinic will be the Kent Elementary School in Agassiz (click here for address and map). Sign-up begins at 8:30am. Repacks will be done in order of sign-up, with preference also given to out-of-town pilots that need to leave early for travel.

Cost of the clinic will be $30 CAD. You will be given the option to pre-pay (with Paypal) after you submit your registration. Payment can also be made when you arrive at the clinic. (Note that you do not need to be a current Paypal user to pre-pay, nor do you have to sign up for a Paypal account, although you will be given that option as part of the payment process).
