Reserve Clinic Pre-Registration

This form is for pilot pre-registration at the 2011 WCSC Reserve Clinic.

The date for this year's clinic is March 12, 2011

Both Paraglider and Hang Glider pilots are welcome.

Registration begins at 9:00am. Deployments and repacks will begin at 10:00am. Repacks will be done in order of sign-in, with preference also given to out-of-town pilots that need to leave early for travel.

The location for the clinic will be the Cloverdale Traditional School in Cloverdale (click here for address and map).

Cost of the clinic will be $40 CAD, and includes lunch (burgers, hot dogs & pop) - Additional lunches can be purchased for $5 on-site.

You will be given the option to pre-pay (with Paypal) after you submit your registration. Payment can also be made when you arrive at the clinic. (Note that you do not need to be a current Paypal user to pre-pay, nor do you have to sign up for a Paypal account, although you will be given that option as part of the payment process).
